Signposts

 

During week 20 of this training, I had one of my best lessons: The ultimate goal of servant leadership. 

As a servant leader, you can become a more effective signpost pointing people to the light of the world, Jesus.

- Letting your life be a bible for others to read.
- Working to please God- follow His instructions and always going back to His goals and vision for every instruction or mission He gives you. 
- Checking your motives every step along the way.

This week's lesson made me examine my walk, if I have effectively used every opportunity to point people to Jesus.
How well I have passed on same lesson to my team.

 Team 21 servant leadership week 20's topic on Signposts is actually the ultimate goal for servant leadership. All we are or have become is thanks to God. He assigned us. It is just right to lead according to His manual. Be selfless and follow the main and greatest servant leader, Jesus. Jesus always pointed us to the father, and if leadership is influence, we ought to do same.
We have to work with all our hearts, be diligent and focus on pleasing God, not man.
