Week 15. Good success: The winning team.

This week, I learnt that I must be keen on getting direction from God about where I'm taking my team to concerning all aspects.

Daily study God's words or seek His word when at any junction of decision. Be accountable . know that who I am as a leader in the spirit I am passing on to those I am leading. Also, be accountable to my authority(ies). Never assume that they know where we are going in relation to goals. Constantly telling them. Tell my people I believe in them and act it passionately pursue the vision. Adapt for the better cause.
